Agriculture Orange growers, dependent upon the timing, may be harvested early to avoid damage. During the recovery phase, there is a ten day window to harvest fruit on the ground. Large corporations (Cargill, Minute Maid, and Tropicana) control most groves and issue contracts for harvesting help as needed.
